Yes 12 rounds & this is a full body workout & no you will not need a gym for this.
SO NO EXCUSES!
This is how it starts. It is 12 rounds, and every round you add another exercise.
For example, the first round is 1 squat jump. The next round adds 2 burpees. That means the second round is 1 squat jump + 2 burpees – so it’s the ADD-ON GAME. Okay! So now that you know how the workout routine is being done – Let’s do this!
3x’s with 30-second rest in between
- 1 Squat Jump
- 2 Burpees
- 3 Mountain Climbers
- 4 Push up
- 5 Straight Punching
- 6 High Knees
- 7 Walking Lunges
- 8 Squat Up & Down (on knees/back to squat)
- 9 Russian Twist
- 10 Bicycle (abs)
- 11 Donkey Kicks
- 12 Hip Thrust
