Nothing comes easy in life & if you want it YOU have to work for it. Here are some workouts that will get you closer to your goal. Only consistency will get you to your goals & that applies to EVERYTHING IN LIFE.
This workout you can get done in 20 mins or less, so it is a quick workout for when you don’t have the time or if you just like short workouts that will make you work up a sweat & it’s great for the full body. I wanted to make sure to incorporate a resistance band into this work because it will allow you to perform strength training exercises without the use of weights. This is a two-day workout, YES I KNOW! You are welcome. Not only are you getting one workout but you are getting two in one. The great part about it is that the 2nd workout is the 1st workout in REVERSE.
WORKOUT (day 1)
- 25 High Knees
- 25 Jumping Jacks (with resistance bands)
- 20 Lunges with Kick
- 10 Burpees
- 30 Second Plank
- 30 Mountain Climbers
- 20 Plank Jacks (with resistance bands)
WORKOUT (day 2) IN REVERSE
- 20 Plank Jacks (with resistance bands)
- 30 Mountain Climbers
- 30 Second Plank
- 20 Lunges with Kick
- 25 Jumping Jacks (with resistance bands)
