GET FIT WITHOUT GETTING HIT!

Boot camp cross-training classes. It’s still the training of a fighter but primarily without the use of heavy bags. It’s a SURPRISE CLASS. You will never know what the workout will be AND everyday it will be a totally different workout. It’s OUT OF THE BOX training that is ALWAYS different. These classes always involve the clock & a component of competition. You’re either racing with the clock & finish as quickly as possible while maintaining perfect form throughout OR you are completing a certain amount of tasks / activities within a prior specified amount of time. EVERYDAY it will include interval training, strength training, circuit training, balance & stability training, plyometric training and power training. The classes always incorporate warm-up, stretching & recovery. Often like a circuit training / BOOT CAMP, but NEVER a routine. Having no routine is the routine. ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY.

It’s a calisthenics class filled with strength building, core exercises, stability, balance, weight training, isolation & a range of FULL body exercises that flow from one to the next. Remembering your old P.E. days, this class takes you back to the basics in a super fun & challenging workout.
