 Before South Beach Boxing I trained on my own. I would go walking and sometimes running. I never boxed before South Beach Boxing. I heard that boxing is a great sport & I just wanted to try it out. I came into the gym to try the trial class & I was hooked! I LOVED it. All I knew is that I wanted to continue coming here; and I did. Now, 1 year later, I still love my gym, and what I am doing. What I expected coming in here was to lose a little bit of weight. I also expected to get stronger & and to find something to relieve my stress. It WORKED! EVERYTHING WORKED & it didn’t take much for me to come in and get it done.

 Before coming to South Beach Boxing, I wasn’t really into sports. Now I HAVE to come to the classes at least 3 times a week. One of the results that I got from coming here are toner arms. I LOVE how my arms look, and I love how I feel. I got exactly what I wanted from coming here AND more. 

 To anyone who has never boxed or been to South Beach Boxing, first(you don’t use the word “first” when there’s no second) the gym is extremely nice inside. The staff is really great because they are so welcoming and make you feel at home. Class changes every single day, just like the motto “You never take the same class twice.” I am here to let you know that is very true. You will never get bored and the hour goes by SUPER quick. You will really see changes in your body; & for me, I experienced changes in my mind AND body. I would REALLY recommend this gym to ANYONE!
