This gym works. I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks. The reason I came to South Beach Boxing was to look and feel better about myself. My goals were to lose weight and tone up and expected the classes to be hard and impossible for me to get to and to reach my goal in such a short period of time, but I was wrong. One thing you need to know about me is that I was never a gym person. It was hard for me to get up and say “I’m going to the gym today. “ To me it felt like too much work, not to mention having to go at least 4-5 times a week. But he classes and the instructors are phenomenal! After joining I feel great and get up and go without any hesitation about 5-6 times a week. What a major accomplishment and it feels even better to prove the people who didn’t believe in me…wrong! Also, the best part of South Beach Boxing is you cannot get bored. It’s like a giant playground. There are so many options from boxing/ kick boxing to cross training and cardio/weight machines if you like to tone up and yes, they have a boxing ring! Plus all the toys are available to me whenever I want. I can take a class or just workout on my own. How cool is that!?

The trainers and staff here at the South Beach Boxing encouraged me to not give up and to focus on my goal. My first class was hard and exhausting I’m not going to lie, but you feel great afterwards. Never have I sweat as much as I did in my first class. Loved it! They offered my friend to try out a free class for the first time so it made even more special for me. I was 149 lb when I started, body fat was 31% and now I’m 129 lb body fat 21% and still maintaining. Overall, I’m super happy with my results so far and not letting go of this is part of my life.
