GET FIT WITHOUT GETTING HIT!
Kickboxing is very instructional & intense with lots of interval, strength, plyometric (explosive) & conditioning training. It’s the TRAINING OF A Kick (BOXER) – FULL BODY, POUND-FOR-POUND TRAINING. Different combinations (punch, kicks, knees & elbow combos), drills, exercises & amazing, energizing music keep this class motivating, always changing, & major fun. You will NEVER take the same class twice. Burn up to 1,000 calories in every class & get super STRONG. We recommend getting used to the boxing before getting into the kickboxing, unless you’re already used to kicking heavy bags – you have gloves on your hands for punching – but nothing on your shins while kicking.
