Before I joined South Beach Boxing, I was on Class Pass and use to bounce around from gym to gym doing different things, boxing, Pilates, yoga etc.
I always liked boxing but was not very motivated to get serious about it. I did a lot of gym work with weights and eventually it got boring. I had tried this gym years ago one time but just never came back. I would go where it was convenient for me and close to my home so that I didn’t have to travel to far to go to the gym.
All of that changed when my friend gave me a pass for a free month at this gym. I needed to lose weight and get back in shape and find some motivation, so I came to take a class. I didn’t really have any expectations but was surprised at how motivated the trainer made me feel.
That was three months ago, and I haven’t looked back. This gym is not convenient or close to my home as I have to drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back, but it is worth every minute of my time.
With 3 months of consistent classes and a strict diet I have lost weight and transformed my body. I look good and feel good. Now I really enjoy my gym time and am super motivated to go. I come to maintain what I’ve achieved, improve my technique and just get better at it.
If you’re interested in boxing this is definitely the best place to be. I now make my daily work schedule around my boxing class schedule. My life revolves around my boxing classes and I love it. Now I have tons of motivation!
