Located on Miami Beach, South Beach Boxing provides boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, intense conditioning / fitness training and personal training services to kids, teens, adults, and seniors. All levels are welcomed from beginners to pro athletes. At the Miami Beach Gym, students have the privilege to train under the supervision of experienced trainers. Training sessions take place all days of the week. The classes start at 7am and end at 9:00pm and the gym hours of operation are Monday-Friday (weekdays) 9am-9pm and Saturdays & Sundays (weekends) are 10am-3pm with classes starting at 11am. A training session takes one hour. Our experts ensure that each student gets a different experience in each class. You will NEVER take the same class twice. When enrolling for the first class, we encourage students to find a class that falls within the time that they are free; as all our classes, are equally amazing, and suitable for all ages and levels. Students report 20 minutes earlier for an orientation session before real training commences. Our boxing classes are for the purpose of loving the sport as well as other benefits like improved health.

Students are taken through the whole range of boxing and kickboxing / Muay Thai basics like punching, defensive kicks, footwork, and other basics in boxing / kickboxing.
