Located in Miami Beach, South Beach Boxing provides boxing and personal training services to kids, teens, adults, and seniors. All levels are welcomed from beginners to pro athletes. At the Miami Beach Gym, customers have the privilege to train under the supervision of experienced trainers. Training sessions take place all days of the week. The classes start at 9 am and end at 10 pm while weekend classes start at 10 am and end at 3 pm. A training session takes a maximum of one hour. When enrolling, trainees are advised to find a class that falls within the time that they are free. Trainees report 20 minutes earlier for an orientation session before real training commences. Our boxing training is for the purpose of sport as well as other benefits like improved health. Trainees are taken through the whole range of boxing basics like punching, defensive kicks, and other basics in boxing. Ideally, training classes are categorized into Muay Thai sparring, boxing, anti bullying classes, and Yoga.
